3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must:
- Be returned within 14 calendar days of your cancellation notice.
- Be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Not have had any seals broken or sachets opened.
For reasons of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns of opened food supplement products unless the product is faulty or not as described.
4. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@drainingaeelimin.world or +44 20 4571 8830 within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return.
- We will provide you with a return address and, where applicable, a returns reference number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
- Retain proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Return postage costs: Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 working days.
If your return is approved, we will process a full refund of the product price, including the original delivery charge (if applicable), within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made by the same payment method you used for the original transaction where possible. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will refund by bank transfer using account details you provide.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@drainingaeelimin.world with your order details and a description of the fault. We will offer a full refund, replacement or repair at no additional cost to you in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In this case, we will cover the cost of return postage.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of:
- Opened food supplement products (unless faulty).
- Products returned after the 14-day cooling-off period (unless faulty).
- Products returned without prior notification to us.
